The city of Wenatchee is the largest city in the whole area of north-central Washington and is a great place to travel. Lake Wenatchee State Park
Lake Wenatchee State Park is about 45minutes west of Wenatchee. He sits on the shore of Lake Wenatchee, just where you leave the Wenatchee River on its journey along the Columbia River. There are many hiking and recreational activities in water and in the vicinity of the park. There is a boat to the water that can be used to access the lake. The park also has a large area, camping rocky beach is a focal point for the most part.
Icicle Canyon
To the south of the beautiful and funnyLeavenworth Bavarian town, is the robust Icicle Canyon. There are a number of hiking trails and campsites in the area, and is also very popular with climbers. The canyon is about 45 minutes west of Wenatchee and is with hikers, climbers and people. The canyon is adjacent to some of the most beautiful nature reserves in the state of Washington, some of which require permits to enter.
25-Mile Creek State Park

The park is located about an hour from Wenatchee and close to another popular state park in the area, Chelan State Park Hiking, are boating, fishing and do some of the most popular events in the park. He sits on the shores of beautiful Lake Chelan, a 51-mile-long glacier-fed lake, and although it is less developed, is for those who appreciate enjoyed away from it all.
ConfluenceState Park
Confluence State Park is located north of Wenatchee, Wenatchee exactly where the river meets the Columbia River. This is a popular spot for camping camper, and for those who use the plant for days. There are a number of open spaces, better access to the Columbia River with a swimming pool and dock, and much more. The park is also connected with the Apple Capital Loop Trail, a ten-mile paved road that lines the east and west sides of ColumbiaRiver.
Orondo Park County
Located on the eastern side of the Columbia River, about 20 minutes north of Wenatchee in the small community of Orondo Orondo County Park This small park has spaces for campers, sites for tents and a pier on the Columbia River. There is also a small shop in the park, water games and drinks deals.
